BBQ DATES HAD CONFIRM

Venue: East Coast Park
Area: C
Pit No: 13

We have choose to book a BBQ pit rather than Chalet because the number of people who staying over night is less than 10 so if we choose to book a chalet it might cost alot.

Okey guys this is what I need some comments from you guys, I planning to order the food from BBQ wholesales so that none of our classmates need to be troubled on food or bringing big and small bags to and from home. *smile* SO I've make this order list, do tag on tagboard which food do you think is needed which is not. okey?

Raw 3 Joint wing (bbq original) 40pcs
Raw Chicken Chop (Black Pepper) 20pcs
Raw Fresh Stingray (Sambal) 20pcs
Raw Hotdog 30pcs
Marshmellow 1packet
Cooked Premium Otah 30pcs
Cooked Chicken Satay and Sauce 50pcs
Honey 1can
Margarine 2can
Forks 1 packet (45-50 pcs)
Spoons 1 packet (45-50 pcs)
Aluminium Tray 1
Plate 1packet (50 pcs)
Serviettes 1packet (50 pcs)
Large Oil Brush 2
Large Tongs 2
Charcoal 3box (3kg)
Fire Starters 3 box (48 pcs per box)
Ice Cube 2packet (5kg each)
Foarm Box 1

Total of the whole BBQ including booking the pit will be $203
Estimated no. of people going is: 25
Each person will only be paying around: $9

Rest of money will be buying drinks or tibits.
