OD Mates!!

News for you guys!!

There's a upcoming Event!!

And its a 1st Event we organising isn't it?

Guess what is it?

Its "Class Chalet"!! ..

Good

Haha..

And of course for this itself to be uphold,

we need everyone of you guys to contribute in a way or another.

Isn't it?

Choose of Dates:

As ldrs of us,

we will try to choose the date which is available to suit majority of us

Your job as a member:

Try to keep yourself free and available during the period of 23 Jun - 7 July 2008

Because the days before 23 Jun definitely would be consider as a peak period and the cost of the renter fee will increase too.

Issue of Overnight:

There's 2 different Team of people,

meaning those people can stay - over and people who can't.

For people who CAN stay overnight, you would need to pay both

"Renter and BBQ "

People who are NOT staying overnight,

you will only need to pay for the BBQ.
